IMAGINE 2012, SHARE's 8th annual fundraising gala, was held Saturday, March 3rd, at the Red Robinson Show Theatre in Coquitlam. We would like to thank all of the donors, volunteers, sponsors, partners, staff, Board, IMAGINE committee members and event guests who helped make IMAGINE 2012 a tremendous success!

Attendees were thrilled by spectacular acrobatics from The Underground Circus and the opportunity to meet Geroy Simon, the BC Lion's Grey Cup-winning wide receiver. Geroy also handed out autographed footballs and put in some hard work for a great cause, by doing 20 push-ups, in return for a donor giving $200 to SHARE!

The audience laughed along with emcees Steve Darling of GlobalTV and Karen Daniels of JRFM and Howard Blank stirred everyone into a frenzy with his auctioneering skills, which raised thousands of dollars for SHARE's vital programs and services.
But the real stars were the restaurants and their culinary creations. Celebrity judges included Chef Victor Bongo, Chef Dez, Chef Rob Langford, Chef Edgar Rahal and Chef Matthew Richmond.
Christine Catering came away the big winner, with their delicious Merguez Merengue taking both the Judge's Award and the People's Choice Award for best savoury. Backstage Grille won the Judge's Award for best sweet with their Peanut Brittle and Banana Savarin Cake with Jelly Fruit Compote while Joey Coquitlam won the People Choice Award for best sweet with their tasty pumpkin flavored mini donuts.
